As we move forward into an exciting evolution for 2025, we invite you to join us as a vendor at the Illinois Cannabis & Hash Competition (ICHC) events. These gatherings will bring together growers, enthusiasts, and industry leaders to celebrate excellence in cultivation and product innovation. Vendors play a crucial role in creating an immersive and engaging experience for attendees, and we’d love to have you be part of this legacy.

registration kickoff - march 30, 2025

  • Start of competitor and judge registration
  • Educational seminars and networking

Community awards nominations open - July 27, 2025

  • Community Awards nominations open
  • Nominations remain open until October 31, 2025 (same deadline as competition registration)
  • Voting for Community Awards begins November 1, 2025
  • Voting will be conducted exclusively online through the official competition website
  • Sesh and social networking event with vendor showcases

Awards Ceremony - December 7 or 15, 2025 (TBD)

  • Competition winners and People’s Choice Award announced
  • Exclusive vendor showcase for the grand finale
  • Educational panels and closing remarks

vendor comfort & convenience

  • Table Size: Up to a 6ft table
  • Space Allotment: Approximately an 8x6 area indoors (Larger spaces available upon request)
  • Team Size: Up to 3 participants per booth (Additional team members require purchased tickets)
  • Vendor Identification: Three vendor badges or bracelets per team, which must be worn at all times.
  • Parking: Designated vendor parking to ensure prime spots for attendees.

  • Handcrafted Goods (Arts, Crafts, Jewelry, etc.):  $100
  • Fashion & Apparel:  $100
  • CBD Products, Hemp Items, and Educational Resources:  $100
  • Food Vendors:  $100
  • Sweetened Treats:  $100
  • Headshops & Specialty Accessories:  $100
  • Genetics, Seeds, and Clones:  $200
  • Brands:  $250

Early REgistration discount

Register and PAY by March 3, 2025, to receive a 20% discount on vendor fees. Use code ICHC2025 at checkout to save and secure your spot early! For all future events, early registration payments must be made at least three weeks in advance to qualify for the discount.

Important Deadlines

  • Vendor Fees: Must be paid by the event-specific deadlines (March 24 for the first event, July 22 for the second event, and December 1 for the final event).
  • Competition Registration & Judging Kit Deadline: October 31, 2025
  • Limited Spaces: To ensure a premium experience for attendees, vendor spaces are limited. Early registration is highly encouraged.
